PPLive
PPLive is one of the oldest P2PTV programs based on my recollections. It has a lot of channels, at last count about 300 but most of these are the user-generated ones and not live TV streams. PPLive was always one of the better looking P2PTV software and also one of the first to have a fully English language version. This version is no different and the interface looks impressive.
There are a lot of channels to choose from as I mentioned previously and this is one of PPLive's strengths but don't expect to find a lot of English channels as most of these are in Chinese. Streaming channels is also fast and the quality ain't bad either.
It is also very easy to use. Just simply download the program and then choose a channel. Some might find difficulty though because most of the channel names are in Chinese. My advice is just to try out each one to find the one you want.
